Atharva Kale, Australia has been granted the TTS-TSANZ Basic and Translational Mentee-Mentor Award
Atharva Kale is a final year University of Sydney PhD student at The Westmead Institute for Medical Research. Her project is on improving beta cell function and islet transplantation outcomes by modulating a protein called CD47.
