2. Healthy lifestyle
3. Regular medical check-ups
4. Social support
5. Patient education
6. Psychological support
This research review aims to study the impact of a comprehensive approach and support from both medical professionals and surrounding individuals. Patients who follow recommendations and receive support can lead an active and quality life after transplantation.
The purpose of this study is to assess and examine the factors influencing the quality of life of recipients after kidney transplantation. To gain a deeper understanding of the long-term effects and effectiveness of adherence to recommendations, as well as to develop strategies to support and provide psychological assistance to recipients.
Research methodology:
Empirical research:
1. Surveys conducted within society
2. Interviews and observations among recipients
3. Interviews with medical specialists working with them.
4. Evaluation of factors influencing their participation in everyday life and social activities.
5. Analysis of data results to improve quality.
Research results: During the study, the results of 78 recipients who underwent kidney transplantation from a related donor were analyzed. During the observation period, the condition of the patients improved, and the survival rate of the transplants was 100%. Patients after kidney transplantation often report a significant improvement in quality of life compared to the dialysis period. Various factors were identified, such as physical condition, psychological well-being, social support, and access to medical services, which influence the level of participation in life among patients after transplantation. The study identified the need for further support and rehabilitation for patients after kidney transplantation to ensure maximum recovery of their quality of life and participation in social life.
Conclusion: Based on the research results, recommendations can be developed for medical institutions and public organizations to improve support and services for patients after kidney transplantation to increase their participation in life and social activities. Proper postoperative preparation of patients can ensure long-term graft survival. The obtained data can be useful for developing new strategies in the field of kidney transplantation.
