Dr Ankit Sharma is a Staff Specialist transplant nephrologist at Westmead Hospital in Sydney. He has a special interest in transplant immunology and was awarded a PhD in 2021 from The University of Sydney for his thesis titled “The impact of eplet mismatches and de novo donor specific antibodies in kidney and simultaneous pancreas- kidney transplantation”.
